A short break in Merano
LET US PAMPER YOU
Respiration is the very soul of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and will be the main theme of our Yoga Days. The daily practice includes a morning session of dynamic Asanas (postures) of the first series of Ashtanga Yoga. In the afternoon, the focus is on mindfulness and restorative yoga. This will gradually lead us into deep relaxation. Each day we will alternate between Yin & Yang, experiencing the intensity of the morning practice and the deep relaxation of the afternoon practice. In addition, enjoy two daily Detox moments thanks to Energy Shots and a special sauna infusion.
