Every day, master chef Karlheinz Falk and his team conjure up delicious and refined South Tyrolean, Italian and international culinary delights. At the Olivi Restaurant, manager Manuela Terragnolo and his service staff see to every wish, taking personal pride in keeping guests happy.

Every morning, you’ll look forward to our breakfast buffet, served with fresh Italian coffee specialties such as cappuccino, espresso and latte macchiato as well as a wide array of fine teas. We’re also happy to prepare egg dishes and fried Speck on the spot in our show kitchen. The abundant buffet offers various cakes and all different types of breads. Now you’re ready for an excursion, hike or some down time spent at our in-house spa – or perhaps at the Terme Merano pool and spa complex. At the Hotel Terme Merano, every day starts off just right.

Since diversity is an important component of contentment, we give you a wide range of half-board options put together by our chef, according to the season. The options are ample enough that you can even assemble your own customized menu. You’ll be spoiled for choice, with several appetizers, main courses and heavenly desserts. At the Hotel Terme Merano we always serve you dinner at a table reserved especially for you. On certain evenings, you can also help yourself to an ample buffet. For the health conscious, the master chef also puts together a special spa menu on a daily basis.

Dinner is served

Enjoy a delicious start to the day at our breakfast buffet, served from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the light-flooded Olivi Restaurant. During the evening, we serve dinner for guests who have chosen gourmet half-board between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. (last seating is 9:00 p.m.).

At the Olivi Restaurant, manager Mrs. Manuela Terragnolo and his service staff see to every wish, taking personal pride in keeping guests happy.

Palm Lounge

The stately Palm Lounge offers a fireplace, palm conservatory and terrace bar. The lounge is an ideal setting for an aperitif before dinner or a nightcap before turning in. It is also here that we first welcome our guests with Prosecco and fresh fruit juices.
