“Merano” conference package

Available from 12 persons
  • Room rental of the main conference room
  • Standard equipment (projector, screen, Wi-Fi)
  • Notepad and pen for every participant
  • 1 meeting accessory
  • ½ l of water per person (or 1 litre of water per person for full-day meetings)
  • Business lunch incl. ½ l of water and 1 coffee per person
  • 2 “medium” coffee breaks (or 1 “medium” coffee break for half-day meetings) with water, coffee, tea, chocolate, cakes/pastries and snacks

Full-day € 60.00 per person plus 10% VAT (8 hours between 8.00 am - 6.00 pm)

Half-day € 52.00per person plus 10% VAT (4 hours between 8.00 am - 4.00 pm)

“Merano Plus” conference package

Available from 15 persons
  • Room rental of the main conference room

  • Unlimited water in the conference room
  • Business lunch incl. ½ l of water and 1 coffee per person
  • 2 “large” coffee breaks (or 1 “large” coffee break for half-day meeting) with juice, water, coffee, tea, chocolate, fruit, croissant or cakes and snacks

Full-day € 71.00 per person plus 10% VAT
(8 hours between 8.00 am - 6.00 pm)

Half-day € 63.00 per person plus 10% VAT
(4 hours between 8.00 am - 4.00 pm)
